missing windows inconvenient refusal
the location is acceptable, and staff answer questions.
the room lacked windows, i found this a significant oversight. i requested a late checkout, it was not accommodated. this refusal caused considerable inconvenience for my schedule.

best stay ever i will be back!
afternoon treats interesting room
the staff was amazing they provided afternoon treats in the lounge its so cool. the room it was interesting the lobby and restaurant also had its charm. it is very close to notre dame and other sites i liked that a lot.
the room i stayed in had no windows that was a surprise to me i was sad. i needed a late checkout but the hotel said no i was disappointed by that.

my beautiful double room was furnished tastefully with charming beams it makes me so happy. the ensuite had a bath and it looked bright. i was very happy with the cleanliness.

this place is very central it is close to notre dame and saint chappelle. many shops are around the hotel so many. ubers were cheap this rocks.

central location comfortable bed beautiful room helpful staff
the staff provided treats without charging. the room included generous, comfortable beds. the hotel is close to notre dame making it central for everything. good restaurants are all around.
The hotel couldn't accommodate a late checkout request. This was slightly disappointing, i must say.

The receptionist offered local knowledge and secured a classical concert at the last minute! other staff members were super friendly and accommodating to all my needs. We loved them.

this is in an excellent location on the île saint-louis near the left bank and marais! it is also near the île de la cité. the location felt quiet and secluded.

the reception area has comfy sofas where guests can sit. tea, coffee, and cake are provided free of charge. the hotel also provides treats without charging. it is so lovely.
