the location is acceptable, and staff answer questions.
the room lacked windows, i found this a significant oversight. i requested a late checkout, it was not accommodated. this refusal caused considerable inconvenience for my schedule.

the staff was amazing they provided afternoon treats in the lounge its so cool. the room it was interesting the lobby and restaurant also had its charm. it is very close to notre dame and other sites i liked that a lot.
the room i stayed in had no windows that was a surprise to me i was sad. i needed a late checkout but the hotel said no i was disappointed by that.

the staff provided treats without charging. the room included generous, comfortable beds. the hotel is close to notre dame making it central for everything. good restaurants are all around.
The hotel couldn't accommodate a late checkout request. This was slightly disappointing, i must say.

this is in an excellent location on the île saint-louis near the left bank and marais! it is also near the île de la cité. the location felt quiet and secluded.
